Broccoli Salad

Serving size: 1 cup

Ingredients brococcli7

  • 6 cups chopped broccoli crowns and stems
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 medium red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa (optional)

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Mix well.

3. Serve and enjoy. Refrigerate leftovers.
