Communications Coordinator

Full-time; typical hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

The Communications Coordinator, under the guidance of the Chief Strategy Officer, is responsible for providing professional support in all print and digital design, communications, social media, and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Individual should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a design-related field; minimum two years' experience in a web design or communications position; computer, graphic design, and website content management skills needed; excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment; ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities; demonstrate ability to use good judgment and work  independently; experience with digital marketing and social media; ability to successfully handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Essential Functions:

The Communications Coordinator responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee ongoing updates and enhancements to company’s website
  • Work closely with program staff to create a consistent and compelling visual style for the company’s digital and print material, including all internal and external communications
  • Manage all social media accounts for the organization.
