A standard 3 business days* by noon is required for all orders for delivery. A minimum order of 40 cases (20 wholesale minimum + 20 Donated, VAP, USDA, or Wholesale Cases are required for a delivery). Water is not counted in the delivery eligibility case count.
*A business day is a day of normal operations for Food Bank of Central New York. Please check the delivery calendar and plan accordingly. In the event of inclement weather, the Food Bank will contact you to reschedule and/or make attempts to deliver the next business day.
When you place your order, please select “Pick-up Appointment” and an available time. Agency pick-up orders are due by 7:00 AM one business day* before the requested appointment.
