Ingredients
- One whole wheat wrap
- 1 slice of your favorite low fat cheese or 1 tablespoon low fat whipped cream cheese
- A variety of colorful options for toppings:
- Red: tomato, red pepper, radish
- Orange: shredded carrot, orange pepper
- Yellow: yellow bell peppers hummus
- Green: spinach, lettuce, pesto, herbs, cucumber, avocado, slices of green apple
- Purple: shredded red cabbage
Preparation
- Assemble your vegetables and toppings in the wrap.
- Roll the tortilla from the bottom up, tucking in the sides as you go. Secure the wrap with a toothpick, if you like, and serve right away.
