Monthly service reporting is mandated by Food Bank of Central New York for state and federal programs. Partner agencies are required to keep accurate records of children, adults, and seniors served, providing a way to measure program efficiency, agency activity, and changes in need within our community. This data helps inform donors, policymakers, and the public about food insecurity locally, allowing the Food Bank to effectively advocate for support for hunger-relief policies and programs.
New for the 2025-2026 reporting period: Monthly Service Reports must be submitted by the 5th of each month for the prior month’s service (for example: total service numbers for the month of December are due by January 5). Partner agencies that fail to submit service numbers by the 5th of each month may have their eligibility for these resources suspended or revoked in accordance with the Partnership Agreement. If your agency did not distribute food for the month, please report “0” for each category to verify that no service was provided.
