Volunteers are at the heart of our mission, helping us daily in our warehouse, offices, and out in the community. From sorting and packing food for Food Bank programs, to assisting at special events or a Mobile Food Pantry, there are many ways you can help nourish our community.
Whether you’re an individual looking to give back, or a group wanting to combine your impact, volunteering is one of the most rewarding ways to fight hunger and bring hope to neighbors in need.

To request a volunteer opportunity for your group, please complete our group volunteer request form. Please note that group opportunities are currently being scheduled 3-4 months in advance of the request submission date.
Volunteers may be required to lift small packages (up to 30 lbs.) and should have good organizational skills. Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age, and those who are 14-17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will also be volunteering. To help with Mobile Food Pantry, volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. Volunteers should dress comfortably; however, closed-toe shoes are required in the warehouse at all times.
