Partner Agency Agreement

Starting in Mach 2024, Food Bank will send new Partner Agency Agreements to all of our food distribution partner organizations. Partnership Agreements must be signed and returned to the Food Bank by June 30, 2024.

The new Partner Agency Agreement is designed to address the multiple types of partnerships and programs the Food Bank works with while meeting state, federal, and foundational requirements.

The Partner Agency Agreement only requires one signature; however, the signature should be from an individual legally designated to enter into agreements for the sponsoring tax-exempt, not-for-profit organization or church.
