Serving size: 1 cup
- 6 cups chopped broccoli crowns and stems
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 cup cooked quinoa (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Serve and enjoy. Refrigerate leftovers.
