Peach Compote
Serves: 4-6
Serving size: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped peaches
- 2 cups chopped nectarines or plums
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
- Add fruit and honey to pot over medium heat.
- Add lemon zest and cinnamon. Stir.
- Cook until fruit is soft, about 10-12 minutes.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate and enjoy cold.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
