Tomato Salsa

Serving size: 1/2 cup
Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cover and chill.
- Serve with raw vegetables, tortilla chips or over rice.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
